Beacon Automotive isn't a franchise, a chain, or a corporate service center. It's a Grovetown shop that a veteran built the way he thought auto repair should work: honest estimates, careful hands, and customers treated like neighbors.
In 2013, military veteran Jeff Hawn opened Beacon Automotive at 475 Lewiston Rd with a simple conviction: Grovetown deserved an auto shop where honesty, integrity, and honor weren't slogans on the wall — they were how every estimate got written and every repair got done.
Thirteen years later, that idea has grown into one of the CSRA's most trusted shops: 4.8 stars across 731 Google reviews, customers who drive in from Evans, Martinez, Augusta, and Harlem, and a waiting room where the coffee's hot and the arcade machine is free.
We never spent much on advertising. We didn't have to — when you fix cars right and treat people well, word gets around. Lately it's gotten around to about 70,000 followers, but that's a story for further down the page.

Ten bays, seven lifts, and a team your neighbors already know by name: Jeff at the helm, Truck Norris with thirty years of know-how, Dillon the diesel whisperer, and Trace — Jeff's son and the next generation of the shop.
You've maybe seen them on your feed. Beacon's videos on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok have turned a Grovetown repair shop into everybody's favorite show — but the best episodes still happen at the counter, in person.
And when your car won't make it to us, we come to you: our sister company Veterans Towing & Hauling runs 24/7 recovery across the CSRA.
Upfront estimates, honest answers, and a crew that treats you like a neighbor.
the light's always on.
